It’s believed Aoto-1 helps with menstrual cycle regulation, and reducing unwanted veginal discharge and fertility. Additionally, it is used to address skin conditions like acne and pigmentation, and its analgesic properties may help with menstrual cramps.

Contains Salmalia malabarica 70% w/w
Packaging: 5gm/sachet and 21 sachets per pack
HOW TO TAKE AOTO-1
Administration: “Mix the contents of sachet with drinking water and add one spoon of sugar candy and mix it well. Drink this mixture on an empty stomach in the morning. Prepare the mixture fresh and drink it. Do not consume tea, coffee and soft drinks. Start using it two days after your periods stop and stop using it one week before your periods start.”
Doses: Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years
The usual dose for adults, the elderly and children over 12 years is one or two 5 g sachets/measuring spoons once a day.
Children under 12 years Aoto-1 is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding-Not recommended However there are no known side effects.
Driving and using machines-Aoto-1 has no known effect on your ability to drive and use machines.
HOW TO STORE AOTO-1
Keep this out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use Aoto-1 after the expiry date, which is stated on the pack (sachet/carton). The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Do not store above 25°C.
Do not use Aoto-1 if you notice that the pack is damaged.
Do not throw away any medicines/supplements via wastewater or household waste.
Ask your pharmacist how to throw away medicines/supplement you no longer use. These measures will help to protect the environment.
