What Aoto-1 plus contains
Contains Foeniculum vulgare (45% w/w) and Trigonella foenum-graecum 45% w/w.
Packaging: 5gm/sachet and 21 sachets per pack.
HOW TO TAKE AOTO-1 plus
Administration: Soak the contents of sachet in a glass of lukewarm water overnight. Strain it the next morning. Drink the strained water on an empty stomach. Do not consume tea, coffee and soft drinks. Start using it two days after your periods stop and stop using it one week before your periods start.”
Doses: Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years
The usual dose for adults, the elderly and children over 12 years is one or two 5 g sachets/measuring spoons once a day.
Children under 12 years Aoto-1 plus is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Pregnancy-Not recommended However there are no known side effects.
Driving and using machines-Aoto-1 plus has no known effect on your ability to drive and use machines.
HOW TO STORE AOTO-1 plus
Keep this out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use Aoto-1 plus after the expiry date, which is stated on the pack (sachet/carton). The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Do not store above 25°C.
Do not use Aoto-1 plus if you notice that the pack is damaged.
Do not throw away any medicines/supplements via wastewater or household waste.
Ask your pharmacist how to throw away medicines/supplement you no longer use. These measures will help to protect the environment.
